Frequently asked questions
Do you provide training and support to learn each feature in depth?
Yes. Every licence includes onboarding for your team and a walkthrough of each screen, with training videos in the customer portal. We also run sessions for a department on request, in English, Hindi or Marathi.
Do you support us during an active case?
Yes - our team helps you use the software while a case is live: importing an unfamiliar CDR or IPDR format, reading a screen, or producing a report. We do not take part in the investigation and never see your case data; it stays encrypted on your machine.
Does SuvicX software need an internet connection?
Yes - your subscription is verified online, so the app needs periodic internet access. Your imported CDR / IPDR evidence is analysed on your own device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Which platforms are supported?
Saarthi runs on Windows and mobile. Cell Scan is a mobile field app.
How is our data protected?
Case data is stored encrypted on your device (AES). Only account and subscription information is handled by our servers.
How do we buy or renew licences?
Licensing is per-seat or per-department. Request a quote and we'll share formal procurement documentation.
