Frequently asked questions
Does SuvicX software need an internet connection?
Yes — your subscription is verified online, so the app needs periodic internet access. Your imported CDR / IPDR evidence is analysed on your own device and is not uploaded to our servers.
Which platforms are supported?
Saarthi runs on Windows and Android. Cell Scan is an Android field app.
How is our data protected?
Case data is stored encrypted on your device (AES). Only account and subscription information is handled by our servers.
How do we buy or renew licences?
Licensing is per-seat or per-department. Request a quote and we'll share formal procurement documentation.
